Guy W. Bluff brings more than 40 years of experience in business, construction, and commercial litigation. With a degree in civil engineering and decades of practice as a trial and appellate attorney, he combines deep technical knowledge with seasoned legal judgment to deliver strategic, results-driven representation.

Licensed in Arizona, California, Colorado, and New Mexico, Guy has appeared before more than 300 courts and tribunals, including the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Arizona Court of Appeals, New Mexico Court of Appeals, Colorado Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Since 1992, he has served on the AAA National Panel of Construction, Commercial, and Consumer Neutrals, arbitrating hundreds of cases nationwide.

Guy’s leadership experience includes serving as managing partner of a multi-state law firm, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for a major remodeling company, and owner of a general engineering contracting firm. A published author, judge pro tem, and educator, he has earned national recognition including Martindale-Hubbell’s AV Preeminent Rating, the Platinum Client Champion Award, and selection to America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators.
