State specific forms are now available for download for: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. New state specific forms are continuing to be added on a weekly basis.
To ensure compliance with the applicable state statutes relating to construction liens and lien releases, it is critical that the appropriate form(s) be used for where the project is located. While numerous other waiver and release forms are available over the internet, even those forms for purchase are rarely in compliance with or include the mandatory language required by each state for these critical construction related documents.
Failure to use the proper form with the often mandatory statutory language may seriously impact your legal rights and ability to either collect payment due your company, or if the project owner, require a duplicate payment to those contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, or other service providers whom you believe have already been paid.
